Although in recent years Romania has been among the last countries in all rankings regarding online commerce, in 2020 there was a major change. Almost 20% of Romanian companies with at least 10 employees recorded online sales of at least 1% of their turnover. The increase is significant compared to previous years, when this percentage ranged from 4 to 12%.
